Your Pet's First Visit

"A week ago, I had an emergency with one of my budgies. After calling around to several places, Hamilton Animal Care was the only place willing to take an emergency visit for her. Unfortunately, she didn't make it long enough for us to get her there. However, the staff was incredible. The vet came out to look at her just to verify that she had passed, and to confirm what we believed happened. The two receptionists were wonderful and provided comforting words. They were very patient with me as I gave them information. We opted to have our budgie privately cremated so we could have her ashes back. Even with a holiday weekend, we still received her ashes back in less than a week. The lovely receptionists once again offered their condolences when we went to pick up her ashes. After getting home with her, we grabbed our mail and found a card from the office. It was such a nice and personal touch having all the staff sign a card for us. They also took a wing print from Bunsen, which means more to me than I could ever say. Thank you so much to the whole staff at Hamilton Animal Care"
