  • No automated phone system.

    We believe that we can provide the best health care by speaking to you directly and immediately regarding your pet's issue.
  • Nurse care from 6:30 am to 11 pm.

    Our nurses come in before our hospital opens and stay until after office hours are complete to monitor and care for our hospitalized patients. This benefits our hospitalized patients and expands the hours that you can speak to a staff member. Our phone lines are open from 7:30 am until 11 pm for all of your needs such as patient advice, updates, making appointments, etc.
  • Cleanliness.

    Our cleaning staff as well as our daytime staff are fastidious about a spotless hospital. We take tremendous pride in the constant complements we receive regarding our hospital's appearance.
  • Saturday appointments.

    With a staff of five doctors we are able to offer you appointment times throughout the day from 8am to 8pm as well as having two doctors available for appointments every Saturday.
  • Sunday appointments.

    Hamilton Animal Care is now available for you and your pets on Sundays, too. We are open for all regular services and have appointments available for ill patients.
  • Genuine care for our patients.

    From unquestionably staying after hours for emergency surgeries, happily taking extra time to explain conditions to owners, to simply sharing our lunch with a patient that we are having trouble getting to eat well, we are constantly showering our patients and their owners with compassionate attention.
  • Nurse triage advice afterhours, weekends, and holidays

    For Hamilton Animal Care patients and their owners, our nurses are available for urgent and triage advice after hours on weekends and holidays. Clients can follow the prompts of our after hours voice mail system when they are in need of emergency advice.
  • Pet taxi service

    As an added benefit for some owners with their own illnesses, disabilities, or busy schedules, Hamilton Animal Care has our own Pet Taxi service, transporting pets to and from home for folks in need of extra assistance.
